ENIAC Full Form in Hindi

इसका पूरा नाम (ENIAC Full Form) Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer है।

 

 

What is ENIAC in Hindi

यह First Generation का Computer था। यह दुनिया का सबसे पहला General Purpose Digital Computer था। ENIAC पहला Digital Computer था जिसकी मदद से बड़ी बड़ी Numerical Problems को Solve किया जा सकता था। इस Computer को World War II के दौरान United States मे Develop किया गया था।

शुरुआत मे इस Computer का प्रयोग United States के द्वारा Ballistic Research Laboratory के लिए Firing Table की गणना करने के लिए किया जाता था।

ENIAC के द्वारा किया गया सबसे पहला काम Hydrogen Bomb के निर्माण मे Calculation का था। इस Computer का वजन 30 टन था और इसके द्वारा 1800 Square Feet की जगह घेरी गई थी।

 

• यह कंप्युटर Arithmetic और Transfer Operations पर एक समय मे एक ही साथ काम कर सकता है।

 

• किसी भी नई Problem की Programming के लिए ENIAC द्वारा ज्यादा समय लिया जाता है।

 

• ENIAC एक Paradigm (प्रतिमान) था जिसकी मदद से अधिकतर Computers को Develop किया जाता है।

 

• इस System मे Subtraction और Addition की Repeat करके Divide और Square Root का कार्य भी किया जा सकता है।

History of ENIAC in Hindi

इसके निर्माण की शुरुआत सन 1943 से हुई जो कि सन 1946 मे पूर्ण हुई। सन 1946 मे ENIAC को Assemble कर लिया गया इसका निर्माण John Presper Eckert और John Mauchly के द्वारा किया गया था।

यह सबसे पहला Operational Digital Computer था। इसके बाद सन 1953 मे 100-Word Magnetic–Core Memory को Develop किया गया इस Memory को ENIAC मे Add किया गया जिसकी मदद से Memory Capabilities मे Development हुआ।

इसको Memory Capabilities देने के लिए इस 100-Word Magnetic-Core Memory को Borroughs Cooperation के द्वारा Develop किया गया था।

सन 1956 मे ENIAC को पूरी तरह Develop कर लिया गया। यह 20 KW Electricity का उपयोग करता है। इसका वजन 30 टन था और इसके द्वारा 1800 Square Km क्षेत्रफल का उपयोग किया गया। इसको बनाने मे $487000 का खर्चा आया था।

Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC) मे Vacuum Tube का इस्तेमाल होता है। यह 1 Second मे 5000 Simple Addition Calculation को किया जा सकता था जो कि आधुनिक Computers से बहुत काम है।

ENIAC मे Transistors का use नहीं किया गया था क्योंकि उस समय Transistors को Develop नहीं किया गया था।

अब इस Computer को देखने के लिए सन 1996 से Washington D. C. मे Smithsonian Institute मे रखा गया है। United States की Postal Services ने इसकी याद मे इस Computer की 50 वीं Anniversary मे इसका Stamp शुरू किया था।

सन 2011 मे इसकी 65 वी Anniversary मे United States के शहर Philadelphia मे 15 February को ENIAC Day मनाया जाता है।

 

Units of The ENIAC in Hindi

1:- Control Units :- यह दो प्रकार का होता है:-

1. Initiating Unit
2. Cycling Unit

 

Initiating Unit :- इस Unit का काम पूरे System की Power को Control करना होता है और यह Calculating को Start करता है और उसको Solve करता है।

 

Cycling Unit :- इसका काम System ओ दूसरी Units को Signal Provide करना होता है जिससे कि वो Numbers का Transmission कर सके। यह Users को दो Debugging Modes के बीच Choose करने की Choice प्रदान करता है जो Additional Mode और Pulse Mode है।

अगर यूजर Addition Mode को Select करता है पूरा सिस्टम Addition Cycle मे काम करता है। यदि यूजर Pulse Mode को Choose करता है तब पूरा System एक बार मे एक Pulse प्रडूस करता है।

 

2:- Accumulator :- ENIAC मे एक Accumulator एक ALU (Arithmetic Logic Unit)  और एक Register दोनों की तरह काम करता है। एक Accumulator को दो भागों मे बाटा जा सकता है:-

1. The Arithmetic/Storage Unit
2. Program Control Unit

 

Arithmetic/Storage Unit :- यह दस लकड़ी के जैसे Slabs की बनी होती है जिसमे प्रत्येक Slab एक Digit को represent करती है। इसमे Decade Counter पाँच Input Channels मे से किसी एक Channel से Input लेता है और इस पर Processing करने के बाद Output को दो Channels (Add और Subtraction) से Transmit कर देता है। Accumulator की Performance प्रोग्राम की Setting पर Depend करती है।

 

3:- Master Programmer – मास्टर प्रोगामर 20 Accumulators के बीच Coordinator की तरह काम करता है और Looping को Simplify करता है।

 

4:- High–speed Multiplier :- Multiplication का इसमे एक बहुत Important Role होता है इसलिए इस काम के लिए एक Application की जरूरत होती है। इसलिए इस System मे High-multiplier का प्रयोग दो Sign वाली 10 Digit Wale Numbers के Multiplication लिए किया जाता है।

 

5:- Divider/Square–rooter :- इस Unit का उपयोग Accumulators को Control करने के लिए किया जाता है। यह चार Accumulators का उपयोग करता है:-Numerators, Denominators, Quotient और Shifting के लिए Accumulator का उपयोग करता है। इसमे निम्नलिखित Operations होते है:- Set–up, Calculation, Round–off, Interlock और Clearing

 

6:- Programmable ROM:- इस सिस्टम मे मौजूद फंगक्शन टेबल Programmable ROM के समांतर होती है जिसका इस्तेमाल आजकल के Computers मे किया जाता है। उस समय Memory बहुत Costly थी। ENIAC मे दो प्रकार की Memory थी:- Internal Memory और External Memory.

 

7:- Input/Output Device :- ENIAC मे Input और Output Device के तौर पर IBM Card Reader और Constant Transmitter का इस्तेमाल होता है। इसका Constant Transmitter इलेक्ट्रिकल और मकैनिकल अवयव का बना होता है। IBM कार्ड रीडर Values को Read करता है और उस Corresponding Information को Constant Transmitter को भेजता है।

इसमे IBM Card Reader इसमे Constant Transmitter के Panel 3 से Attach होता है।

• IBM Card Punch इसमे Printer Panel 2 मे Attach होता है।
• Portable Function Table इसमे Function Table 1,2 और 3 मे जुड़ी होती है।

 

Application of ENIAC in Hindi

• इसका इस्तेमाल Weather Forecasting (मौसम पूर्वानुमान) के लिए लगाया जाता है।

 

• ENIAC का इस्तेमाल Thermal Ignition मे भी किया जाता है।

 

• इसका इस्तेमाल Atomic Energy Calculation मे भी किया जाता है।

 

• यह Cosmic Rays पर भी Studies करता है।

 

• Wind Tunnel Design मे भी ENIAC का इस्तेमाल होता है।

 

• इसका इस्तेमाल Scientific कामों के लिए भी होता है।

 

Advantages of ENIAC in Hindi

1:- यह एक साधारण Computer है।

 

2:- यह Information को Store कर सकता है।

 

3:- यह Reading Identification और Color Coding को बहुत तेजी से करता है।

 

4:- यह आसानी से Available होता है।

 

5:- यह Device बहुत Fast काम करती है जो कि बहुत बड़े Data के Amount को Milliseconds मे पूरा कर लेता है।

 

6:- इसमे Vacuum Tubes का इस्तेमाल होता था जो कि Costly नहीं थे।

      

 

Disadvantages of ENIAC in Hindi

• यह बहुत बड़ी मात्र मे Electricity को Consume करता है।

 

• इसका Size और वजन बहुत ही ज्यादा है जिसे Carry नहीं किया जा सकता है।

 

• इसमे Programming की Capabilities की Limited होती है।

 

• इसका Commercial Production बहुत ज्यादा Costly है।

 

• इसके लिए बहुत ठंडे मौसम की जरूरत होती है अगर इसको किसी कमरे मे रखा गया है तो उस कमरे मे बहुत सारे Air Conditioners की आवश्यकता होगी।

 

• आपके लिए इसका Maintenance करना बहुत कठिन होगा।

 

• यह Portable नहीं है।

 

• यह बहुत ही Costly भी है।
